AIA Forms - A107 ABBREVIATED OWNER/CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT FORM

A107™ is the Abbreviated Owner Contractor Agreement Form for use where the basis of payment is a stipulated sum (fixed price).

This AIA form document is appropriate for construction projects of limited scope not requiring the contractual complexity of A101™ and A201™ in combination.

The A107™ may be used where the owner and contractor have established a prior working relationship (e.g., a previous project of like or similar nature), or where the project is relatively simple in detail or short in duration.
