where you can go to request help with something and/or to answer
someone
else's request for help.
There
are forums for both business and personal subjects available
to whomever wishes to participate.
You
can even have a forum "at" your own website. If you're good with
it and answer folks questions promptly your forum will grow by
word of mouth. You'll gain a reputation for being an expert on
the subject and folks will think of you when they need a professional
in your industry.
