The construction change order form is a very important part of the construction process.

When you customer asks you to do extra work, if you don't use a construction change order form you could end up not getting paid for that extra work!

When you put the requested changes in writing and get your customer's signature, there's no "weasel-ing out" on the customer's part when it comes time to payment.

Just show them a copy of the change order form with their signature on it and they can't claim that you did the extra work without their authorization.

These forms work with Word (not Wordpad nor Wordperfect just Word) for Windows, you can fill them in before printing them and you can SAVE copies of your filled in forms to go back to later to make any needed changes.

In addition, you'll have 100% edit capabilities with these forms which means not only can you customize them with your company info and logo, you can also change any of the boiler-plate text should you wish to.

Acrobat (.pdf) for Windows - Not Saveable
