Hello! Below is our workers compensation exemption form. We use this form to notify our general contractor, and/or owner of the project, that we do not have employees and therefore do not have workers comp insurance. If you need the Worker's Comp Exempt form that is to be submitted to the California Contractor's State License Board, you must obtain that at the CSLB website. We have employees but no workers comp... and it's legal!
