Q. My download links have expired? Do I have to pay again?

No, you do not have to pay for the form again.

If you purchased via PayPal -

Within your confirmation email there are download links. When you click on the download links in your confirmation email you'll land on a webpage that either gives you a download button or tells you that the download link has expired however, you'll have a button right there to click on to 'request' more downloads.

Click on that 'request' button and an email will automatically be sent to me telling me that you've requested more downloads. I'll then click 'approve' and then an email is automatically sent to you giving letting you know that your form(s) is ready for download. :)

If you have any troubles with it please feel free to send us an email and we'll email the form(s) to you so that you don't have to worry about downloading it anymore. :)

If you purchased via Yahoo -
