Please note that you need purchase only 1 (ONE) copy
of each form.
1. Click on the "Add to Cart" button for each
form you wish to purchase.
A separate browser window will open which will be your shopping cart.
*If you have any kind of pop-up blocker turned on,
the shopping cart
window will NOT open for you. The pop-up blocker must be turned off
to purchase using PayPal. Otherwise, please follow
this link
to a non-
pop-up shopping cart, or email me and tell me which forms you need
and I'll email them to you along with an invoice. :)
2. If you're only purchasing the one form, then go ahead
and click on the
checkout button to complete your purchase. *Don't
worry about the
shipping and tax blurb, there's no shipping or tax charged, just the cost
of the form(s).
3. If you're purchasing more than one form type, please
go back to the
browser window that has our website in it and browse to the next form
you'd like to add to your cart, and so on and so on.
4. When you've finished making your selections, click
on the checkout
button in your cart. *Please note that you'll see
reference to shipping
and sales tax. There is NO shipping fee because the forms are
downloads and there is NO sales tax because downloads currently are
not subject to sales tax. :)
5. After your successful purchase, you'll "land"
at your confirmation
page. This page will have links to download the form(s) you just
purchased. In addition, you'll receive a confirmation email that
also contains links to download the form(s) you purchased.
6. To download your forms from your confirmation page,
click on the
download buttons for each form(s). To download your form(s) from
your confirmation email, click on the "downlinks" within the
email.
7. You may be prompted by your computer to select where
you want the
form(s) saved or your computer may automatically download the
form(s) to your "default download folder". Store the form(s)
wherever
you want it/them to reside on your computer.
8. This is where the Unlimited Usage feature comes in.
Whenever you
need the form(s), you just pop it open, fill it in and print it. You
don't
even have to be online because the forms are stored on your own computer!
9. Should you ever lose a form you've purchased, let
me know and I'll
email you a new copy of the form.
