Instructions for filling in WORD documents
Word will allow you to save filled-in copies

Excel will allow you to save filled-in copies
Instructions for filling in PDF documents using Reader 6.x or earlier
When using Reader 6.x or earlier, filled in copies can not be saved
Instructions for filling in PDF documents with Reader 7.x or later
NEW!! When using Reader 7.x or later you can now save
filled-in copies of the PDF forms just like you can with Word
and Excel forms!!Reader 7.x and later works with:
- Windows NT SP6
- Windows 2000 SP2, SP3, and SP4
- Windows 2003 Server
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
- Future versions of Windows
- Mac OS X 10.2.8 and later
- Future versions of Mac OS
If you don't have one of the versions of Windows or Macintosh
listed above, you'll need to use Reader 6.x or earlier.If you DO have one of the above operating systems but don't
yet have 7.x or later of the free Reader, please follow this link:
