of 1984, Levy - Von Beck & Associates, P.S. is a full service
law firm concentrating in the area of Construction

materials and equipment
- Homeowners, Condominium Associations, Commercial
Building Owners
- Contractors
The Distributor and Manufacturer
groups, along with the Contractor group, typically request Credit
and Collection Services. These services can include sending preliminary
notices and final notices of claim.
The Homeowner, Condominium Associations and Commercial
Building Owners most often request assistance in management
of Construction
Defect Claims. That is, a property owner discovers
construction defects in his home, condominium or commercial
project. The owner then contacts our firm to help resolve
the issues of responsibility and compensation for necessary
repairs.
