*****The CIGA (California Insurance Guaranty Association)
wants your money!! Recently, Superior National (a fairly
large insurer) was issued an order of liquidation. Because
of this, all California Insurance Companies have been
assessed a 1% CIGA premium surcharge retroactively effective
from January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001.

insurance policies are affected by this CIGA.

*****Recently, several of my subscribers have asked me
"How do you earn money with this website, surely there's
something in it for you??". Following is how it works:
A) I sell advertising at the website for $350 per year
(with an incredible package of *perks*) which is much
less than many advertising fees out there.
B) I join affiliate programs for which I am paid minimal
commissions when people click on ads at my site and place
orders. I try to use programs that are beneficial to
contractors and related industries, so that your time is
not wasted looking at ads that will do you no good. Many
of the ads actually offer free product! I don't usually
get commission for the free items, but because they are

For many of you contractors, it is not be feasible for you
to pay for advertising when you have to bid to get work
(we do absolutely no advertising whatsoever for our

something that you can use. Contractors can also help me
by letting me know what types of items they would be most
interested in and by forwarding this Enewsletter.
For industries related to construction, you can help me by
purchasing advertising at the site and/or clicking ads and
ordering products. Keep in mind that this site is marketed
directly to contractors in the construction industry. Your
ads are not 'wasted' on people that have no need for your
services.
