3000 page views per month. In one month's time we have now gone

1. KNOWING YOUR FORMS MAKES A DIFFERENCE
*****We have posted another new form at our forms page. "PUBLIC
WORKS PAYROLL REPORTING FORM (A-1-131 [Rev 9/99])" has been
created in Adobe Acrobat and posted. This form is more detailed
than "12ND WESTDIV 4295/1 (Rev. 7-75) Payroll (For Contractors
Optional Use)" except for the back which is much less detailed
than '4295/1'. Our suggestion: Use the front of 'A-1-131' and
the back of '4295/1' when government (city, state, federal)
payroll forms are required.

process of putting together a database of contractors, etc. Visit
their website at http://www.agcsd.org and submit your company info
such as name, address, phone #s, email address, website address,
etc. Please let them know that you heard about them here. You

with links to many different sites which all have relevance to
construction and contracting.
