QUESTIONS FROM OUR READERS...
Please if you have an answer or any input on any of the questions below we'd love to hear what you have to say! :) It's easy, just email me. :) I look forward to receiving your email and we always respond to our emails. :)

Anita from Premier Insulation LLC is wondering if anyone has had any dealings with the National Compliance Management Service, Inc. in Hutchinson, KS and if yes, were there any problems?

Please email me. :)

Lawrence Price, President for ProTech Water, Inc. / ProTech Coatings is wondering where he might locate employer’s policy guideline forms for warning or disciplining employees for performance or behavior problems?

He's looking for a standardized progressive discipline policy and form letters that are both fair and efficient to use and that focus on constructive feedback to let employees know that they're respected and to ask for the same in return.

Please email me. :)

Lisa Thomas of Atlas Tracks, Inc. would like to know, how do general contractors format their bid calendars?

She's currently using the Outlook calendar function and is wondering if there's anything better out there.

Please email me. :)

Sherry of Lakeview Resort would like to know where can lien waiver checks be purchased?

We've seen this before, on the back of the check is the lien release language and when you endorse and deposit the check your endorsement also serves as your signature to release your lien rights. We were thinking maybe it's a stamp that the payer stamps on the back of the check. Anyone know?

Please email me. :)

Marissa of Valley Construction Supply in Lancaster would like to know can anyone recommend any books, classes, seminars, etc. that are about preliminary lien law, for material suppliers specifically?

Please email me. :)

Okay folks, let's show what you know (and make me look good... ;) Any answers, input, questions, comments, please send 'em my way. I truly do appreciate your time! When I compile the answers I receive I'll even include your company/contact info with your suggestion to give you a little "plug". :)
