the payroll function from your business. We eliminate the
need for you to carry your own workers' compensation insurance
policy, saving you up to $2,500 or more, depending on the size
of your payroll. Our start up fee is only $500 (mention

fee!), vs the $2,000
to $3,000 that most businesses are required to deposit for their
own w.c. insurance policy. All employees are covered under our
policy. If the IRS, EDD, CAL OSHA, Unemployment Claims, Workers'
Compensation Claims, etc., cause distractions (and they do,
to say the least!), then we can save you a tremendous
amount of time.n

What Exactly
Do We Do Anyway?

We
reduce stress. Your stress! We are much more than just a payroll
service. All employees are hired directly by Personnel leasing,
INc. As such, we are responsible for itemizing all employee
payroll accounts. We calculate and deposit - Social Security
(fica), Medicare, Federal Income Tax, FUTA, State Income Tax,
SUI, State Disability Insurance, & Employee Training Tax.
We cover each employee with Workers' Comp. Insurance, handle
all claims administration and risk management responsibilities.
We handle all Unemployment & Disability vlaims as well.
Obviously we fulfill the entire payroll function as well - Print
and deliver payroll checks (the checks are drawn against our
account); File all Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports;
Handle all Year Ending W2's, etc. Optional Benefits: Group Health
Insurance is also available for all full time (20 hrs. per week)
employees who wish to participate (the cost of which
is payroll deducted).

1986. Our administrative offices are located in Southern California
however, we have clients all throughout the entire state. If
this all seems complicated, it isn't! In practice, our service
is a very easy, practical, cost effective alternative to doing
this yourself. Our principals are licensed, bonded, tax preparers.
Yes, we do income taxes also, should you need assistance. We
will also write your company's SAFETY POLICY in compliance with
Cal OSHA's new requirements.
