I use this workers compensation exemption form to notify my general contractors, and/or
owners of the projects, that I do not have employees and therefore
do not have workers comp insurance.
If you need the Worker's Comp Exempt form that is to be
submitted to the California Contractor's State License Board,
you must obtain
that at the CSLB website.
