expended a huge amount of funds due to government
delays. We've heard that there is a form where you can
calculate overhead costs,etc. for delays of these kinds.
I've looked for weeks, and have come up with nothing. Do
you know of a form like this? Please let me know what kind
of form it is, and where I can get it.
