Harassment Law Changes

1825 / GC 12950.1 SUMMARY:
Sexual harassment training requirements have changed
with the
addition of Government Code 12950.1. This law applies
to employers with 50 or more employees. Have
less than 50 employees? Think you're "safe" from
the requirements
of this law?
Not
so fast! You
may not be "safe", especially if you
